How We Help

Take a moment to envision your business — and the life in which that business takes place — at its absolute best. Feel what that’s like: the sense of fulfillment, enough money coming in, quality relationships (… what else?) Does that seem far away, or close at hand? What, if anything, is keeping that vision from being reality?

The question can be a bit of a cliché, one we brush off, but ask it again: what’s actually keeping you from your ideal business and life? (For most of us, by the way, this isn’t about mansions and Ferraris. Yes, it’s making good money, but it’s also about quality relationships and the freedom to fully enjoy the simple pleasures of our lives, to do meaningful work and not be enslaved by our jobs.)

For almost everyone I’ve ever met, and for myself, just “working harder” doesn’t cut it. If working harder worked, you’d have done it by now. We don’t need to slave away more. We need support. (We are, in fact, hard wired for it.)

If you’re ready to make a shift — a real shift, not just coming up with a catchier title for your blog and calling it a day, but the kind of shift that changes how you see yourself — then the right kind of support can be the absolute game-changer. It can be the catalyst that transforms “yeah, that’d be nice” to “oh my goodness, I can’t believe it’s actually happening.” Often within a matter of months, or even weeks.

This kind of deep, “wow, this is actually happening!” change is what we do with our coaching clients. We will expose the roots of what’s keeping you feeling stuck, and work together to reclaim and live into your inherent freedom, the one you were born to live. You’ll never, ever go back.

Who We Are

David Weaver - Founder and Coach

Hi! My name is David. I am a Husband, Dad, Coach and Adventurer.

I have over 15 years experience coaching and training individuals, small groups and companies.

For the first part of my professional career, I owned and ran a health & fitness studio for 8 years. I mentored under one of the best in the business (James Fitzgerald) where I received multiple high level certifications and training and had the opportunity to help many people improve their lives (such as reversing type 2 diabetes, not go on kidney dialysis, losing 100 lbs, eliminating chronic pain, and many more).

I now help business owners and leaders create a life and business they love. I do this by teaching them how to drastically reduce stress, intentionally design their life to align with their highest values, identify the most important thing to move the business forward and create a fulfilling quality of life. As a result, my clients feel happy and healthy, make more money and create FREEDOM.

I have spent my entire professional life seeking out the best to learn from so that I can bring tremendous value to you. Most recently I was mentored directly by Dr. Mike Smith - CEO of John Mattone Global (John Mattone was Steve Jobs' coach).

When I'm not coaching I love spending time with my family and adventuring in the Washington cascades. My favorite ways to adventure are climbing, trail running and splitboarding.

I live among the firs and cedars of the Pacific Northwest, and have many loves here. Chief among those is my family — my partner and I have a three-year-old son and he has changed my life so very deeply, I’ll be forever grateful — but also walking in the woods, baking bread, playing my guitar, and jumping in the ocean on gray winter days.

I’ve been an instructor by trade since I was a teenager: first in the martial arts, then in the wilderness climbing mountains, and finally as a bodyworker and movement teacher. I ran my bodywork business for about 12 years, during which I witnessed incredible transformations in peoples’ bodies and, yes, their lives. This thread of helping people change their lives for the better — often a deepened sense of presence, more meaningful relationships, feeling more in flow more often — is very much alive in my coaching practice.

Coaching feels quite similar to my years in the wilderness. It’s about slowing down, and paying attention, listening to the weather and the birds and then, when the time is right, for the kind of action that can change everything. It’s the most exciting job I can imagine.

I’m also an author of a book that’s a look at the radical act of creating something from nothing: A Creator’s Companion.
